Railway transportation has become essential in systems because of its fast, safe, cheap and environmentally friendly structure. The safe navigation trains depends on the correct design signaling system components. Developing technology also brings about changes standards used rail such that railway safety recommend using Petri Nets modeling point machines, which are most basic actuators systems. working principle machines can be easily explained with Discrete Event Systems (DES). In this study, a model was created for Unistar CSV24 machine, is widely Turkey, by Nets. validation obtained verified TAPAAL interface. Electromechanical Programmable Logic Control (PLC) solutions presented to control model. Siemens TIA PORTAL obtain PLC block machine.
